Big Promotion Party set for Friday 20th May

City Fans United would like to officially congratulate Chester FC for their successful season culminating in promotion to the Evo-Stik Premier League yesterday.

 

Following Chester FC's successful promotion winning campaign, City Fans United are to hold a Promotion Party at Chester racecourse on Friday 20th May. Sponsored by CDHT, the event will be hosted by lifelong Chester fan Jonathan Legard and will see the CFU present their Player of the Year Award at the event.

 

The evening, which kicks off at 7.30pm ,will be attended by Neil Young, his management team and first team squad who will receive their individual mementos for lifting the Evo-Stik First Division North title whilst 2010/11 Chester FC player sponsors will receive their shirts at this event whilst Jonathan will be interviewing various members of the squad and CFU Board Members.

 

The event will also see the Premiere of the 2010/11 season review DVD which will be available to purchase on the night along with other commemorative memorabilia. Tickets are priced £10 and include a free raffle although there will be a second raffle and auction on the night with some exclusive items including a full 2011/12 yellow away kit. Prior to sales commencing this morning there were 400 available for the Celebration, and will continue to be on sale from 10am on Tuesday at the Exacta Stadium ticket office with purchases limited to two per person on production of a CFU membership card.
