Calvin's Charity Bike Ride - Update

Chester Fc Fooball secretary Calvin Hughes completed the Liverpool - Chester - Liverpool charity bike ride today (Sunday 22nd June).

Calvin said "Many thanks to all who have donated; had a good day today on the ride, first 25 mile managed in 1hr 40m, and the second 25 mile in 2hrs 20mins; big thank you to all the Marshalls on the route, and hopefully the cyclists injured in the crash in the Mersey tunnel are all okay, not nice seeing Ambulances taking people away."

Calvin's 50 Mile Charity Bike Ride

Chester FC's Football Secretary Calvin Hughes is appealing for sponsorship as he takes part in the 50 Mile Liverpool - Chester - Liverpool Charity Bike Ride. The charity cycling event which takes place on Sunday 22nd June, starts in Liverpool.

A reminder that the next CFU Members’ meeting will be held on

THURSDAY 12 JUNE @ 7.30PM, BLUES BAR, SWANSWAY CHESTER STADIUM.

We can also now confirm that the opening fixture of the World Cup - Brazil v Croatia will be screened in the Blues Bar after the meeting.

The Seals Lottery May draw took place today at the Swansway Stadium with the 'magic button being pressed by CFU member  Jim Betts (2659) witnessed by Fundraising Committee Chairman Brian Burns, Volunteer John Martin and Steve Baker of the club Accounts Office.

Blues Seeking Operations Manager

Chester Football Club looking to appoint new Ops Manager as part of new structure.  Chester FC is the City’s local football club which was collectively created and is owned and run by its fans under the umbrella organisation of City Fans United (CFU.) We are now looking to recruit an Operations Manager which is a new role and has been created to support a new structure.
